Sheila has 25+ years of experience in Credit Management and Debt Recovery gained at leading companies, such as IBM, Virgin, Leyland, and smaller companies such as Lawsons Timber. In addition, she has experience of working in sectors including events, telecoms, construction, legal, and insurance.
A Certified Member of The Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Sheila is determined to educate business owners about the value of Credit Management, and she leads a business that makes it is accessible to all. Sheila especially enjoys solving the challenges posed by companies carrying more than 5 years of unpaid invoices, experiencing poor cash flow, and with poorly performing credit departments to turn around.

Christina is our “Supergirl” to the team! She joined our team a year ago, bringing her energetic spirit and a knack for Credit Control and customer service. She loves helping people and is known for going the extra mile for our clients as well as for her colleagues.
Christina is a self-proclaimed workaholic who thrives on solving problems and making sure everyone around her is happy.

Carlo joined our team earlier this year, bringing extensive experience in banking, specializing in debt recovery and fraud management. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Carlo is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. He has held key roles at Wells Fargo, Capital One, and Genpact, where he honed his skills in operations and collections.
Outside of work, Carlo enjoys spending time with his family and is dedicated to contributing his best to our organization..
